Amy & Will were married in the beautiful grounds of her parents home in Cossington. It threatened to rain all morning and as I arrived, umbrellas were being handed out but it couldn’t have dampened the mood!
Amy wore a gorgeous relaxed Catherine Deane dress with flat sandals and an understated veil. She wore a beautiful bee necklace given to her by Will. I do love jewellery when it’s a bit different and has meaning to you.
A great surprise on the day, was a family friend flying a vintage plane past all the wedding guests! And as the clouds parted, we had a 5 min of no rain while we grabbed some lovely couple moments in front of brightly coloured festival flags!
Amy was passionate about her botanical theme and it really came through! I loved the idea of long tables with lots of foliage, with cute herbs to take home with them. All were lovingly cared for by Amy’s mum over the summer.
It was a lovely relaxed day and one of my favourite weddings to photograph! A big thank you to Amy, Will & their families, who made me feel very welcome :)
