Charlotte & Charlie got married a few weeks ago at Mells Barn, on a grey drizzly morning but you wouldn’t have even noticed – not with all the rainbow touches that the couple had envisioned for their day! Charlotte had a beauty room in the house, where she was getting ready in – which I fell in love with!! With the hustle and bustle of the morning and bridal prep, it was lovely and relaxed meeting everyone.
With a barn like Mells Barn, you have a blank canvas to work with so Charlotte and her bridal team of helpers got cracking decorating it with rainbow bunting, pom poms and DIY touches that reflected their vision for the day! Having lots of garden games kept the guests entertained and even when the heavens opened, everyone squished into the BBQ food tent to grab some grub.
Ending the evening with some cake (3 of the best flavours!) and a cracking first dance :) Charlies bank rocked out at the end of the night, even setting off the noise controller in the rafters, cutting the music a few times – Total rockstars in my opinion!
