Euridge Wedding |
Olivia & Alex chose the stunning family home, Euridge Manor, in the heart of The Cotswolds – It’s one of my favourite venues and only 30min away! With its crumbling castle walls and wild daisies creeping out of the stonework, a beautiful blue boating lake straight out of Italy (and ducks), and lots of gems around every corner
Alex & his groomsmen got ready in the light-filled Lost Orangery, with its crystal chandeliers and giant palms dotted everywhere – a great place to meet the guests as they arrived moments later to glasses of champagne. Olivia got ready with her bridesmaids in a pretty bedroom overlooking the gardens, so she could spot the guests arriving, a good way to feel very excited!
With their guests seated around the pool and high in the gardens (what a view!), the ceremony was conducted by Julie Lane with lovely readings (and one in Spanish!)
There were a lot of special touches throughout the day, Olivia’s dad made the seating chart for the ceremony, and Olivia designed and made the seating chart for the wedding breakfast, along with the flower wall. A gorgeous detail on the tables were the bell jars and palms both designed by Theo & Gilbert Flowers.
The couple enjoyed drinks with their guests on the great lawn, surrounded by wisteria and gardens, and by the chandelier archway they had lawn games. They really wanted couple photos in the many gorgeous spots, including the portico, and overlooking the pool – a treat for the eyes!
Cake cutting, sparklers, and a fire pit lighting finished off their epic day with their first dance surrounded by their loved ones. Huge congratulations to Olivia & Alex once again!
