Oxford Wedding Photographer //

Laura and Giles got married at Brasenose College in Oxford, on a very warm Saturday! This summer I’ve been carrying around my trusty fan and water spray so I can cool down on the go while at weddings!

Giles works at the college and they are both big fans of the architecture, so it seemed very fitting to get married in the grounds. They had their ceremony under one of the nicest tents I’ve ever seen! Filled with little gold stars and flowing material, it was the perfect place to say their vows while friends and family gathered round. It felt so relaxed, with people sitting all around them, on the benches and standing all the way out the back. When they walked down the aisle, the children blew bubbles rather than throwing confetti :)

With many guests under the age of 10, there were plenty of garden games to keep them entertained while the adults relaxed and chatted in the sunshine with Pimms and exploring the college grounds, even as far as climbing to the roof to the spectacular view of Oxford! Finishing the night, they had a great Scottish ceilidh band to get the party started, with twists & turns and the occasional confused look which erupted into laughter, followed by a hog roast in the courtyard.

Congratulations Laura & Giles, it was a pleasure to photograph your day! Hope you enjoy these previews! x
