Stourhead elopement |
Stourhead needs no introduction in my opinion! Isn’t it gorgeous!
Nestled away in the Somerset & Wiltshire borders, is this National Trust area of beauty and A & M fell in love with the place – that’s when they emailed me, really excited to drive over from London, do some exploring before driving to Wiltshire! Having seen some photos online, they loved the idea of having some images taken amongst the grounds, and with us meeting at around 3pm, people were already starting to leave so we ended up being the last people in there – it was really lovely ❤️
A & M both looked great, and they were more than happy to walk the full length of the path round the lake, stopping off at the Temple of Apollo first. The sun was just peeking through the trees as they relaxed in front of the camera and took in the amazing view!
We also did some photos on the steps of the The Pantheon temple, as well as having some couple photos around the gardens and the Temple of Flora (Dedicated to the Roman goddess of flowers and spring), which is very picturesque!
Hope you enjoy these images! It was one of my favourite afternoons last year, in one of my favourite places – getting to know these two and capturing their Stourhead elopement :)
