Hackney Town Hall Wedding
What a bloomin’ gorgeous wedding I get to share today – It was a warm Autumn day in London and the gals were getting ready at 100 Shoreditch. Such a cool hotel, and one with great views of the city too!
We got taxis over to Hackney Town Hall – such an epic place to get married! It’s a huge Art Deco building, with its majestic pillars and sweeping staircase. I’ve seen so many weddings being shot here online, and its alway s been on my wish list.
After the ceremony, we had a large confetti throw outside on the steps and guests chatted while we waited for a special red double decker bus to turn up, this was to take them to the reception at Sager + Wilde, a gorgeous trendy wine bar in the city.
This place was so cool – Its industrial-chic vibe and long communal tables adorned with punchy hot pink and red florals created a cozy yet elegant atmosphere. Guests were treated to cocktails and yummy canapes paired with exquisite wines, reflecting the couple’s love for great food and drink. And the gorgeous cake baked by the brides mum! Delish.
