Pauntley Court Wedding |
Lara and Ben got married at the beautiful Pauntley Court, in the heart of the Cotswolds. Its super unique dusty pink exterior, stunning gardens, and amazing countryside views were the main reasons the couple picked it for their special day, and I completely agree!
Bridal preparations were well underway when I arrived, and Lara had a gorgeous dress hanging up, with personal details like Lily & Roo jewellery and Coco Mademoiselle by Chanel.
Cotswolds Bloom had treated them to a beautiful display of flowers on the staircase for photos inside, and had decorated their reception area with blooms also. The couple decided to get married at the Church right next door (which is a very short walk!) and then afterwards, guests mingled during a drinks reception on the lawn, sipping champagne and enjoying canapés with sweeping views of the Cotswolds countryside. Lots of garden games and quintessential English cocktails were on the menu to enjoy! The grounds and maze like hedges were perfect for couple photos, especially during golden hour, which was an absolute treat later in the evening!
For the wedding breakfast, Charlotte Gardner Catering laid out a feast for the guests, and they enjoyed eating and chatting while the sun set behind them in the gardens.
