Olivia & Ian got married at the gorgeous Shangri-La’s in Oman back in December. It was a lovely, balmy time of the year to celebrate with their friends and family!
They had met on an oil rig, off the coast of Scotland and they decided to get to married in Oman because it was where Olivia grew up, and her family still lived there. It’s a beautiful part of the world!
The couple had a gorgeous floral arch to get married under, and their guests enjoyed the view of the Arabian ocean in the background. Having some family and friend photos amongst the architecture of the resort and we explored the local beach and terrain – they have some unique Omani doors and bougainvillea flowers dotted around 😍
What I loved most in the morning, was they decided to have a first look – and we found the most perfect secluded spot, a gorgeous hallway decorated with natural light, and filled with a unique patterns! It’s a great moment to have to yourselves before the ceremony and to calm those nerves
They had a lovely first dance and then the choir from earlier started singing, and before I knew it – a mass dance had started on the dance floor, which lasted for at least a whole hour! It was so much fun to capture and even Sinead and I joined in!
